These Terms govern your use of Rizz AI (“the App”), operated by Left & Right Pty Ltd, a company based in Australia. By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Rizz AI, and you agree to use it lawfully.

What Rizz AI does

Rizz AI generates suggested messages using artificial intelligence, for entertainment purposes. Suggestions are starting points — you decide what, if anything, to send. We don’t guarantee any outcome, such as a reply, a match or a date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Rizz AI to:

• harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate or harm anyone;
• create unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or minor-endangering content;
• break the law or the rules of any platform you message on;
• disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the App.

You are responsible for the messages you choose to send.

Free plan and Premium

Rizz AI offers a limited number of free messages and a paid Premium subscription (weekly, monthly or annual) that unlocks a large daily allowance of messages and additional features.

Fair use. To keep the service fast and reliable for everyone, each Premium account has a generous daily usage limit. If you reach it, your allowance resets the next day. We may adjust this limit from time to time.

• iOS app: Premium is purchased through Apple and charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.

Prices are shown in the App before you purchase and may change; any change will apply from your next billing period.

AI disclaimer

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, inappropriate or not suited to your situation. Review each suggestion before using it. Rizz AI is not professional relationship, psychological or legal advice.

Intellectual property

The App, its design and its software belong to Left & Right Pty Ltd. You may use the suggestions generated for you freely in your own conversations.

Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for messages you send, the results of any conversation, or any indirect loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

We may suspend or stop access for anyone who breaks these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
