Rizz AI (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Left & Right Pty Ltd, a company based in Australia. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the Rizz AI iOS app and website, and how we use it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information we handle

• Text and screenshots you submit. When you ask for a reply or an opening message, the text you type or the screenshot you upload is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions. We do not use it to build a profile of you, we do not sell it, and we do not publish it.
• Your email address — only if you subscribe to Premium on the web, so we can identify your subscription and let you restore it on another device.
• Purchase information. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser type and timestamps, which our hosting provider receives automatically and which we use to operate and secure the service.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your contacts, location or advertising identifiers.

How we use it

• To generate the suggestions you request.
• To process and verify your Premium subscription.
• To operate, maintain and secure the App, and to respond to support requests.

Storage and retention

Suggestions are generated on demand. We do not keep a history of your conversations on our servers. Your free-usage count and app settings are stored on your device. Our AI and hosting providers may keep limited logs for a short period for security and abuse prevention, under their own policies.

Third-party services

We use the following providers, each under their own privacy policy:

• Anthropic — AI provider that generates suggestions.
• Apple — in-app purchases (iOS).
• Cloudflare — hosting.

Some of these providers are located outside Australia (for example, in the United States), so your information may be processed overseas.

Your choices

You can use Rizz AI without giving us your email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information connected to your email by contacting us. You can cancel an iOS subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Age

Rizz AI is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
